Automated Business Technologies is looking for a talented personality with a team minded spirit. As a Front Desk Associate you’ll join our established (and growing!) business tech company in Centennial, CO (that’s just outside of Denver and minutes from our outdoor life!)
The ideal candidate for this role has a multitasking mindset and is willing to contribute necessary activities to help ABT take care of all existing and potential customers. This means you’ll bring your enthusiasm and customer focused talents to each and every call, and help assist walk-in customers too!

Main Job Duties
Answer 100-150 calls per day.
Accounts receivable duties including cash application and collections.

Your Personal Attributes and Qualifications
Strong Critical Thinking
You are analytical in nature, seeing the spectrum of opportunity and solutions that arise with any customer.
Strong interpersonal Verbal and Written Communication Skills
You must be able to effectively, accurately, and concisely present information. You must be able to communicate well with customers, prospects, and internal teams. Friendliness matters!
You should enjoy and take pride in getting things done with little to no supervision.
This is a Monday through Friday, 8-5pm in-office position. Pay range is from $20-22 per hour, depending on experience.
