Our MSP Process

We’ve created an entire blog series dedicated to addressing the increasing demand among Colorado business proprietors for the proactive enhancement of their internal security protocols.

Each time we connect with a business, we spend time getting to know the organization and their goals. We initiate a Risk Free Assessment to identify gaps in the security and data management before we begin to make recommendations.

The Client: A Non Profit Organization (45 Users)

  1. The client had hired a Managed Services Provider who was very slow to respond, typically taking up to a week to respond.
  2. The client had an internal IT person, but she was headed out for maternity leave and the organization needed reliable support while she was away on leave.
  3. Internal users were no longer feeling a priority. They were left without a partner support relationship.

ABTs Managed IT Solutions for Non-Profits

Our team started out with a simple RMM agent installation of all computers, to offer assistance to the IT person with day-to-day issues. We also set up full support and backup/disaster recovery for all servers.

About that time, the organizations IT person left for maternity leave, and subsequently never returned. ABT stepped in and took over as the primary IT support for all workstations.

We moved into a partnership roll to provide valuable consultation and planning for the non-profit, bringing their concerns and expectations into a priority status. We met with key stakeholders and internal personnel monthly, quarterly or whenever they need expert IT advice and planning.
