A LETTER TO OUR CUSTOMERS REGARDING OUR COVID-19 RESPONSE AND OUR ONGOING PROMISE TO YOU

Our COVID-19 Coronavirus Response and Readiness
May 5, 2020

Dear Clients, Colleagues, and Friends,

The safety and health of our employees, customers, families, and community is our highest priority. To that end, we are taking the following measures to do our part and mitigate the spread of the COVID-19:

1 – We have divided our staff and management into two teams rotating weekly between working out of a home office and the business office. Our technicians and delivery team are dispatching directly from home and only come into the office on an as-needed basis for parts, supplies, and deliveries. Our sales team is working out of a home office and is only completing onsite customer visits as needed and by appointment only.

2- We are closely following the guidelines of the CDC to minimize infection:

–        Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap is not available, we have made hand sanitizer available with a minimum of 60% alcohol.
–        Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
–        Wear nose & mouth face coverings when in public places.
–        Avoid contact with people who are sick.
–        Stay at home if sick – Employees PTO will not be impacted if they need to remain at home.

3 – We are disinfecting our office, tabletops, door handles, and other touchpoints on a regular basis and between staff rotations. When our technicians complete an onsite service call, we are asking them to wear approved PPE and sanitize the copier/printer touchpoints prior to beginning work and upon completion of the service call. The sanitizer used by the technicians is a medical-grade 80% Ethyl Alcohol solution.

4 – We have implemented social distancing practices in our workforce and with customer interactions. We have instructed our staff to avoid gathering in centralized offices, limit visitation, and focus on alternate forms of communication. We have stressed the importance of maintaining our social distancing practices outside of work to further prevent potential exposure.

5 – We are not allowing any visitors into our facility except when absolutely required and by appointment only.

6 – We are actively distributing updated information on COVID-19 Best Practices as provided by the CDC and approved medical community to our employees.

We will continue to modify our response to the COVID-19 as required to ensure the safety and health of our employees, customers, families, and community.
