When you reach out, please be prepared with the name of your business, the DB number on the front of your machine, and a brief description of the issue you are having with your device.

The ABT Help Desk is available during our normal business hours Monday through Friday between 7am and 5pm. If you have an issue outside of business hours, you can call and leave a message or reach out through the form below. In some cases a fee may be applied and our team will notify you of that prior to incurring the charge.

When you call our ABT Help Desk line (start at 303-778-0600 and ask for the help desk) we charge $49 for the first 15 minutes.
